After QS Upgrade Data Connectors Are No Longer Displayed In Hub - Spinning Wheel (XRF Authorization missing)

After upgrading our single node QS On Windows from November 2021 to August 2023 (including patch 4) when going to the Data Load Editor in an app, you see a spinning wheel, then an error message "Unknown error". When you click the error message away, the spinning wheel is still there, but you can see, amend and run the code. What are not know displayed are the DataConnections. The code that uses the Data Connections still works, but you cannot see nor edit them. If you press on "Create new conenction" nothing happens.

When opening the browser's developer tools, you see an error and clicking on that you get the following message: "XRF Authorization missing)".

Using the same userid, I can edit Data connectors in QMC.

I have followed the steps in:  TLS and SSL Support in Qlik Sense: How to configur... - Qlik Community - 1713720 but this has not solved the issue.

Does anyone have an idea for a solution to this problem?
