Connecting and extracting data from JIRA tool

Hi ,

I want connect to JIRA software and extract data which can be used in dashboard.

I have never worked on this so not sure how this can be achieved in qlikview where Qlikview can directly connect and extract data from JIRA.

It would be helpful if steps are provided for the same.

Thanks!!

Hi,

as many SaaS  providers, JIRA has a resftul API. Therefore, you can use a qlik web connector (both in QlikView or Qlik Sense) to connect to JIRA's API.  Once that, you'll be able to start retrieving the data you need.

We are using the Qlik Web Connector to pull data out of Jira, but are not able to access the Tempo information.  Has anyone figured out a way to pull that Tempo data into QV/QS?
