Escalation Mail ID for Qlik Sense

Can anyone suggest where we can escalate Qlik issues.

I have raised one support case with Qlik but they are not able to troubleshoot the issue even after debugging and applying settings as per Qlik.

They only reply on support case chant which is totally unfeasible and wrong way to get the issue solved.

Issue :-
Data connections disappearing for all nodes(Central, RIMS). Due to this we are not able to create any app on Qlik Sense.

Kindly suggest.

This is the Qlik Community forum. Unfortunately, it's not the right place to try and escalate a case with Qlik Support. You should contact the partner/reseller you bought Qlik through, or contact Qlik Support directly, as appropriate.
