There is a delay in loading the connectors

Hi !
Every time I enter to the data editor, it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to load the connections. This didn't happen before. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and what can be done to solve the problem?

It could be related to no internet access on server and no antivirus exception for Qlik folders. Kindly review below article.
