Do application reloads on a server impact user sessions on the same server?
For example let's say you had a dashboard where in the back-end it had lots of tasks (e.g. to extract, load, transform data) through various QVF files and it takes around 4hrs to complete the reloads.
Does that impact the user sessions happening on the same server?
In the abstract, the Engine will do separate things during application reload which may impact from end consumption since both activities draw from the same pool of computational resources (CPU, RAM).
Whether they do in practice really depends on whether there is sufficient resources available during this activity to handle each set of tasks.
