Existing Load Balancing rules being ignored when adding a new balancing rule.

Hi all,

I've got this strange situation on Qlik Sense Client-Managed Aug 2023 Patch 3.

The environment consists of 5 nodes as follows:

• 2 Central/Failover Central/Scheduler
• 2 Consumer Nodes (published apps are redirected here via Load Balancing rule)
• 1 Developer Node (non published apps are redirected here via Load Balancing rule)

To give power during the nightly reloads, I configured a Windows Scheduled Task that runs at 00:00 and enable (via API) a temporary load balancing rule that balance all apps (published + non published) on DEV Node also.

What is happening here is that when I enable the temporary LB rules at night, all the tasks are redirected on DEV node, no tasks runs on Central / Scheduler Nodes, ignoring any other load balancing rules (also the read-only rule for the central node). No error on engine/repository logs for Central/Failover node.

Any idea?

thank you @Ray_Strother , I got another bit on this. same config in a feb 2024 environment works as expected. going to open a support case.
