Hi Techies,
I have encountered an issue several times on Feb and April version of Qlik Sense, that my user is facing an error that you can't open the application because you don't have access pass. Though user has access pass but Qlik is giving error. I restarted the services it was again start working fine. But this issue occurred many times.
Can you please help me why it occurs and how to fix it permanently ?

I had this issue in old version and It was fixed when I upgraded to higher one. In June 2018 I haven't noticed it yet. This week patch will come. install the patch, I hope it will fix your issue.

Quoting a previous answer for this one.
"The recommendation as of Qlik Sense April 2018 is to not allocate a token to the Qlik Sense Service account or to create a dedicated user (without a token) and modify the Monitoring Apps Data Connector (monitor_*) to run with this new user.
Note: The user running those data connections needs to be RootAdmin."
