Qlik Sense - Access Pass Not working?

Hi Community,

I have an issue... quite a big one at that.

Allocated user access passes to 3 users, one of them being the RootAdmin.. HOWEVER! Not one of those user can access the hub.. even though user access has been assigned.

Please? Can anyone help with this?

Just ran the repair utility from the setup file.. still no luck..

I never came back to my post. I reinstalled the node. Everything is working fine now. Dunno what went wrong! But its solved now!
