Qliksense sizing
Hi All,
I am planning for an Qliksense deployment. We have approx 300 apps with 25 concurrent users approx. Usually, 20 apps will reload at any given time.
1 Central node
2 Scheduler node
2 Consumer node
Can some one please let me know the general RAM and CPU sizes for all the above nodes?
Which node should have more resources and which ones should have least resources?
Another question is, How the app's will be routed to the scheduler nodes? Will central node distribute it randomly?
Likewise, when users access the qvf's from hub which consumer node will be consumed?
Please provide me some insights to the above.
Thanks

Hello @jpjust, I think a good start would be to have a look at the Qlik Admin playbook: https://adminplaybook.qlik-poc.com/, especially the planning system section: https://adminplaybook.qlik-poc.com/docs/system_planning
Hope it helps 🙂

Thanks Patricia. That will help! Will go over that.
I am planning to have 2 Central node (One active and another one as passive, passive one is for fail over)
Then 2 consumer node and 2 reload node. Probably an dedicated developer node.
From the above, what role would typically central node would play? (Because I have dedicated scheduler and consumer node)
Thanks
