Show / Hide Streams & Apps

Hello
I'm not expert in QMC for Qlik sense

I'm looking for a way to hide / show streams & apps depending on the following rule:

first there are custom properties called CP1 and CP2
CP1 is applied to Apps and Users
CP2 is applied to Streams and Users

suppose I have a stream called HR and this stream has a value of HR under CP2
then a user can see this stream if he got the value HR under CP2

the same applies to apps inside the stream i.e. suppose there is an app called App1 this app has a value App1 under CP1
then the same user can see that app if he got the value App1 under CP1
