Unable to start QMC and HUB after moving QlikSense to another server.

Greetings to all.

One of our customers needs to move a QlikSense 3.0.5 system running on Windows 12 to another server running Windows 2016, as the first step of a multiple-steps version upgrade (3.05 -> 3.20 -> June 2017 -> April 2020) but after backing up certificates and database, installing 3.0.5, restoring the backup and starting the services the browser just shows the infamous "This page could not be displayed" error message on both HUB & QMC. 

We have tried recreating the certificates using this procedure:

but it fails when we try to issue this command on an elevated-privileges CMM prompt:

"C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Repository.exe" -bootstrap -iscentral -restorehostname

The startup user for the services is NOT a domain user, it has the same name on both servers but it's a local account member of the local administrators group.

The logs are attached.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
