add a new cell in a column in an exist table

Looking for a way to create a new brand 'D" in the name column,  D equal to 'A',or 'B' or  'C'.

A, B and C are three brands have already existed in the name column. I would like to create D and also keep A, B, C in the name column.

How to write script about this?

Hello @Fionadln, I'm not sure I've fully got your request but if you want to add data to an existing table you could add a new table in the model and concatenate.

If you think that I've misunderstood please, feel free to clarify your request maybe sharing an example of what you have already tried to get what you want. A sample table would be also very useful. Thanks!
