We are searching for an experienced, results oriented Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst. This role is responsible for the design, development and deployment of Business Intelligence best practices and solutions. The Business Intelligence Developer will develop BI solutions to support all aspects of the organization. The BI Developer will assist with the development of the BI strategy within the organization and collaborate with IT personnel and with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop reporting and BI solutions to meet the organization's strategic initiatives.
This position is eligible for remote work. Occasional travel to the site is required therefore you must be within a drivable distance from the facility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, analysis and development of BI solutions. BI database application development and SQL experience required. Must be proficient in ETL. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent analytical and organization skills.
Preferred: At least five years in business intelligence, data warehousing and data modeling. At least three years experience with Qlik product stack. Experience in a healthcare preferred.
