How to add new seats on existing Qlik Sense Business Subscription

This article will detail the steps to follow, to add seats (users) to an existing Qlik Sense Business (QSB) Subscription using a Credit Card payment.

1. Log in to My Qlik Portal How to Access My Qlik Portal
2. Go to Subscriptions > Add Seats

3. Choose the users you desire to purchase. Note: the cost of the additional users will be prorated to match the subscription end date.

4. Click Continue.

5. Add Credit Card information and press Continue.

6. Overview the Payment and Billing information and press Pay.

Please note, that when adding seats the plan change will go into effect immediately. The prorated amount for additional user will be charged immediately for the remainder of your term. At the beginning of the next billing cycle the full amount will be charged based on the new number of seats.
