After successfully registering for a Qlik Account, no Activation email is received to activate the Qlik Account.
No Password Reset email is received when attempting to reset the password.
Check your Spam/Junk folder for the Activation or Password email.
Ensure Qlik emails are not blacklisted by your Mail-Server Firewall
Ensure that "qlik.com" and "sendgrid.net" are added to your safe senders list
Then trigger a new Activation/Password Reset email: go here and enter your username or email address and click "Find My Username/Password"
If the Activation or Password Reset email still does not arrive to your email inbox, go to the Support Portal and log a case with the Customer Support team. Please provide your username and a short description of your request.
