Resolution:

Step 1: Create the GET query.

We have attached a json to this article, which can be imported without the need to manually create the query.

  • Download the JSON file attached.
  • Start Postman
  • Click Import and select the downloaded file.

  • This will store the connection string in a new Collection named GET SLD.

Manually:

Step 2: Provide the Bearer

  • Load your connection string by going to Collections and selecting the connection and GET request.
  • Switch to the Headers tab
  • Create a VALUE of Bearer (already existent if you imported the GET request).
  • After Bearer add a space and paste your Signed License Key

Step 3: Retrieve the Signed License Definition (SLD)

The SLD will look like the Signed License Key but be considerably longer. It contains the encrypted license attributes.

I tested this to verify if we are having any issues right now, but using the attached .json and instructions, the key request succeeds. If you experience errors, please contact support to receive assistance on obtaining your SLD.

All the best,
Sonja
