Does anyone use Qlik Sense? Is it possible to hook a spreadsheet up to it to automatically update data?

I have a spreadsheet with "Yesterday" and "Today"'s raw data from Qlik Sense. I take the raw data from "Today" and replace "Yesterday"s data with it, then generate the new raw data on Qlik Sense, and paste it into "Today", every morning. I'd love to get this process automated using live data, but I'm not sure where to start at all. Is it even possible?

this will depend on the Qlik Sense versión (on premise or cloud)
