Duplicate a sheet or copy parts

Does any user can duplicate a sheet to create a personnel data based on a previous sheet?

Can they publish to the rest of the organization the new sheet?

You can control the users who can share applications objects and publish to streams via the QMC's security rules; perhaps you may find this video about security rules helpful.

Thank's for your answer, but I did previously and did not answer my question. With this video you can assign rules and privileges, I did it,. I entered as an user and i did not reach the way to duplicate a sheet to do my personnel data, I could reach master elements visualizations (I loaded several tables for everyone)...so... I only can consume the sheets created but i could not do it one by my self
