How to create Gantt / Time line Chart without any Extension

Hello,

I'm working on projects with numerous start and finish dates as well as milestones for each line. Would you kindly assist me in creating a Gantt chart or time line using a bar chart? Note- I do not have any extension due to compatibility issue.
