Partial reload with Replace

I wonder what happends if my script is like this one:

Tab1:

LOAD a,b,c from File1.csv;

Replace only LOAD a,b,c from File2.csv where exists(a);

Is going to be dropped the entire table Tab1 or just de data in which already exists 'a' ??
