While displaying the KPI's negative values are being displayed

For 1, uncheck 'Include Zero Values' under add-ons -> Data Handling

May be online gross profit is negative and that is why we see a negative number? I see Sales of 57.22M and Cost of 68.66M... so, a negative number makes sense, right?

Increasing the scaling as in the axis its showing from 0 to 20M

so 0,5,10,15,20M

So, instead of seeing 0,2M,4M,6M,8M,10M,12M... you want to see 0,5M,10M,15M,20M? But your max data is under 12M, why are you looking to go beyond 15M?
