Recreate or just delete certificates in Qlik Sense - No access to QMC or Hub

Hi @Sonja_Bauernfeind 

Hope you're doing well. We're facing a challenge in our Staging environment after upgrading Qlik Sense Enterprise from May 2022 to November 2023.

In the log (Audit_security_Proxy), it's stuck at "Waiting for certificates to be installed," even though I followed the steps in this support article:

Unfortunately, the certificates aren't regenerating.

In reference to the article, the command prompt is expected to run as follows in bootstrap mode:

However, in our case, the bootstrap mode terminates before the certification generation process, as illustrated in the attached screenshot.

Even tried re-running bootstrap with admin rights, but no luck.

Could you offer guidance on troubleshooting this? Any insights or steps would be really helpful.

Manage to resolve the issue by Uninstalling  and reinstalling Qlik Sense without loosing settings and data by following the below article.

@Purushothaman If you have not changed any Proxy nodes shuffle, technically it must work because you are doing upgrade only.

My best guess to check how your certificate is there in your MMC and is Thumb security is matching to your QMC for Proxy and Central nodes?
