Rolling MAT values possible?

I used to work with data where all the available weeks in the data had their own column.

I used that to calculate MAT for each week in the data (sum of 52 weeks).

In Qlik, the data I work with now is arranged different and I am looking for way to get these same rolling MAT values for each week.

the data model looks like this:

Many different tables, including separate multiple date tables.

Is there any way to get those rolling MAT weeks (or months or whatever) periods to use in charts?
