Suppress ICON's from APP Main Menu

I have a large number of Streams and APPS to manage.  I have been asked to suppress the ICON's on the APP Main Menu and just provide a listing of report names.  I have mocked-up the following AS-IS and To-Be for reference.

Is there a way to remove the icons and only have the report name (sorted alpha)?

Hello @rawhite this is not possible to achieve in Qlik Sense nowadays. But I would then suggest you to kindly open an idea to our Qlik Ideation section: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Suggest-an-Idea/idb-p/qlik-ideas where our R&D developers can have this idea in mind for future Qlik Sense releases.
