You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no access pass

Hi. Greeting!
I deployed Qlik Sense in a multinode environment and Signed License Definition (SLD) was used to activate the license. However I'm having "no access pass" error when trying to open apps in the hub and the error only in the central node. I have no problem opening apps in the rim node. I appreciate if there is any solution to this. Thank you in advance!

Hi @HKamarul,

Then you will need to allow communication over port 443 to the license server. As mentioned in the article below, "The delayed sync feature is a temporary activation method and connectivity to the LBE must be made within 90 days of license creation (not activation). This can be done by opening the server for internet access or allowing access to port 443 to license.qlikcloud.com."

If you have a proxy, you can configure it as per the article here:

To check that is correctly configured, see the article here:

Hi @HKamarul.,

Please see the article here:
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/You-cannot-access-Qlik-Sense-because-you-have-no-access-pass...

I suspect that the licensing server has not been reachable for too long.

Hi,

if the provided article didn't work, we suggest to raise a case to us (product support) in order for us to investigate further.

As we will be needing more detailed information such as logs and license information which is sensitive data to discuss here in public.

Thanks

Hi @HKamarul,

Can you clarify if the server has internet access?
Can you reach the backend license server over port 443?
