how to create percentage based on results from two rows in a table?

Dear to whom may help ,

I do have two rows , let's suppose row A and B , the percentage I will have is the result of row A  divided / by Row B and then multiply by 10 to get the percentage.

The rows are as following :

Support.Due date overdue when selection is OK divided by the quantity total of Support.Due date overdue.

It Should be *100 not *10 to get the % value. If you can please share a sample data it would me more easy to understand and provide you the exact expression.
