i want only some ROWS from 1 dimension in filter

Hello,

I have One Column Name Particular

in which I have

ABC,

LKM,

EFG

XYZ,

POC,

etc.

I want only XYZ and LKM to displayed in filter. rest all should not be shown and have effect any where in report.

Can we do such things I don't can not change in dataset as per requirement because others are used in before filters.
