Default Qlik Fort admin first time default password not working

Hi,

Fort OVF freshly imported. Fort Console access the first time on-premise

however the default admin/admin credential is rejected. Anybody have the same experience ?

Hi @free2jamesli 

Are you referring to the Admin console password? 
Have you set it up during the configuration phase with your QCS tenant? 
Usually this is the first thing it request you to set up when opening https://<yourfortURL>:3443 the first time.
