Doubt regarding Extensions

Hi Community,

I would like to know how extensions integrate with Qlik sense applications. 

In my scenario, using Tabbed Container and Button for Navigation which I download in Qlik Branch, as my requirement I made few changes like height/width and color.

These extensions working fine in work stream, will they support in hub and future ??

If I develop any customization out of the box, will they support by Qlik ??
