Qlik Sense Enterprise April 2020 release introduced two user types and is available on both perpetual and subscription options. For information about the license models, please see Qlik product licenses available on the official Help site.

Additionally, the new professional and analyzer user model enable our hybrid multi-cloud capabilities and includes our base Qlik GeoAnalytics® offering and Qlik Connectors® package.

Dear @Andre_Sostizzo ,

Can you explain about the last difference which is the "Allow use by external non-employee users".

Thanks.

Hello @Hann

This refers to a use case such as anonymous access. So you could have a Qlik Sense site available for your internal employees, whereas they authenticate and can receive a professional license to unlock all the features. While you can also have anonymous/un-authenticated users who can use analyser license to view and explore.

The bottom line of this is: You need to be authenticated to be able to use a professional license. If you are not, you can only use analyzer/capacity license types..

Kind Regards,

Sonja
