How to identify which version of the Qlik Sense Client is used in the browser

For troubleshooting purposes, it might be necessary to identify the version of the Qlik Sense client that the browser is reporting.

Environment

• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 
• Qlik Cloud 

Resolution

1. Open the browser's developer tools
2. Open a Qlik Sense app
3. In the "Network" section of the developer tools,  select "Product_info.json"
4. you will then be able to see something like: 
   
   "components": [{ "component": "Client", "version": "7.849.0" }]
