For Qlik Sense Business users that purchased via our sales team please reach out to your account manager or select the contact sales button in myqlik.qlik.com/portal.
For Qlik Sense Business users that purchased digitally please see the steps below:
- Log into your purchased QSB Tenant URL
- Once in your account, on the top right corner, press on your Initials
- Choose "Settings"
- Press on the Account Settings tab
- If needed, login again, with your email address and password
- On the left menu, press "Subscriptions"
- Press on the green "Purchase" tab on the bottom left
- Choose “Upgrade” for Qlik Sense Enterprise on SaaS
- Choose the amount of users, and continue with the payment information
- Once Purchase is completed it may take 5 minutes to process on your end. Please log out and clear browser cache if upgrade did not update.
Note: If your digital purchased Qlik Sense Business subscription has expired, then you must first renew Qlik Sense Business and then follow the upgrade path above to upgrade to Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS. You will then be charge at a prorated cost.
Note: If you wish to purchase through sales or purchase Qlik Sense Enterprise on-premise, please press "Contact Sales" and one of our Sales Representative will contact you. At this time changing a payment method will require you to start a new subscription as an existing digital subscription cannot be converted to a sales subscription.
