To accomplish this, you will need to utilize two features:
- Qlik NPrinting User filters
- Qlik NPrinting Designer Page feature
Qlik NPrinting User filters (with "Country" dimension example. You may use any dimension which you prefer of course):
- Create a three country filter for user A using Germany, France, Spain:
- Add this 3 country filter to user A to in the NP web console Admin>Users>User filters
- Create a single country filter for user B using Italy
- Add this single country filter to user B in the NP web console Admin>Users>User filters

NPrinting Designer Page feature:
- Open the NP designer
- Add the 'Country' dimension to the 'Page' component

Finally:
This results in:
- User A receiving an xlsx that contains 3 sheets: one sheet per country ie: Germany, France, Spain
- User B receiving an xlsx that contains 1 sheets: one sheet ie: Italy
