Qlik Sense: Configure internal certificates expiry date

In Qlik Sense May 2022 and later, the validity of the internal Qlik Sense certificates have been reduced from 10 years to 5 years and it's now possible to select a range for the certificate validity between 1 year to 5 years.

In order to configure the certificate validity time, you need to edit the repository config file in a text editor as an administrator.

Steps:

1. Stop all Qlik Sense services
2. Edit C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Repository.exe.config as administrator

   The minimum value is 12 months (1 year), maximum value is 60 months (5 years). Any value lower than the minimum value or higher than the maximum value value will be ignored and the value will be set at the border minimum or maximum limit instead.
   
   
3. Follow the steps in Recreate certificates in order to have the certificates recreated with the new validity.
4. Start all Qlik Sense services
