A: Yes, Qlik Sense June 2020 Patch 2 will be compatible with both versions of Patch 1.
Q: Why is the initial release showing as Qlik_Sense_Update.exe on the Qlik download site?
A: We are working on fixing the label for the initial release to be Qlik_Sense_setup.exe. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: How do I check what version of Qlik Sense I currently have installed?
A: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and check the version of Qlik Sense June 2020
Q: How do I check the version of the installation I have downloaded?
A: Right click the installation file > Properties > Details
Q: I have GA release 13.82.3 installed. Which patch do I apply?
A: Please install this version of Qlik Sense June 2020 Patch 1. This is the only patch that is compatible with version 13.82.3 and can ONLY be downloaded from this link. This version of the patch is not on the Download site.
Q: I have GA release 13.82.4 installed. Which patch do I apply?
A: Please use the Qlik Sense June 2020 Patch 1 that is listed on the Qlik download site. This is the only patch that is compatible with version 13.82.4 and can ONLY be found on the Qlik Download site.
