Qlik Sense SaaS: Information needed when opening a case in support

What information is required when opening a SaaS related technical case with Qlik Support? 

Environment:

Qlik Cloud 
Qlik Sense Business 

 

When opening a case regarding Qlik Sense SaaS you might be asked to provide:

  • Tenant ID which can be found on the browser:

    tentantname.jpg

  • App ID which can also be found on the browser (once you open the app):

    appidcloud.png

  • Email/user used to login and role (tenant admin, developer,etc)
  • Time/Date for when the issue occurred
