For Qlik Product Support to start a qualified investigation as soon as possible, the relevant information must be supplied in every Qlik Sense User Directory Connectors-related case.
The following information will be requested by Qlik Product Support:
- What is the exact issue or error? Include error messages and symptoms.
- What is the directory server name having the problem (for example, AD, Oracle directory server, etc)?
- Has this directory server been used successfully in the past? Or are you migrating/implementing this connector for the first time?
- If this is a replacement/migrated connector, which was the original and has this worked successfully with Qlik Sense?
- Is it a multi-domain directory server?
- Screenshots of the UDC configuration.
- Screenshots of one of the user attribute lists.
- Which version of Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows is in use?
- Provide the Qlik Sense logs using the log collector or at the least include the Servername_UserManagement_Repository.txt log file from the central node (C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace)
