Add selection to sheet is a block used within Qlik Reporting services.

• Reporting from Qlik Cloud
• Within this block you can add a specific dimension value to slice the output to the date related to a specific dimension value.

Select Field Value is an application automation block (which performs similarly to the Qlik Reporting 'add selection to sheet' block ) which can be used with Application Automation requirements exclusively ie: if you do not require granular PDF distribution that is possible with Qlik Reporting services.
