Unreadable Audit Trail data in 'Audit Service' folder

Hi,

can anyone help me..

1. what is the file type in '<Enterprise Manager installation folder>\data\AuditTrail\audit_service' location folder? 
2. what is the encoding format for this file?
3. how to decrypt this file? 

It's quicker and more efficient, if we can use this file without REST API that only used once each time by SESSION_ID.

Can we consume this file in Qlik Sense and how to do it?
