Conexão NPrinting

Good afternoon, I create the connection in nprinting, but it doesn't appear in the report creation, when I inform the qlikentiny type

I am sure you are not using NPrinting 16 despite the fact that the tag you used to describe the version of NPrinting being NPrinting 16.

• Can you tell us exactly which version of NPrinting this is?
• Which version of Qlik Sense?

If you are using Nov. 2019 and earlier NP versions, you should know that support for Qlik Sense entity reports becomes available on or after NPrinting Feb. 2020 version of NPrinting.

This could explain why do not see the connection.
