Difference between Qlik NPrinting -Report and Qlik News stand -Subscription Report

Hi Experts,

Below are the queries has been raised by one of my client regarding to Qlik Nprinting or Qlik Newsstand.

Requesting your expertise!

1) What are the  difference between Qlik Nprinting - reports and  Qlik News stand -Subscription Report

2)PDF and PPTX files can be viewed directly in Newstands without download but why do HTML files need to download?

3) What is Corporate report in Qlik NPrinting?

4) Can I customize the report category name  ( instead of  My Corporate Report can edit to HR Report?)  or new report category name?

Hi for more detail info please study the https://help.qlik.com

Regarding NewsStand please check this link: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/News...

Individual answers:

1 - There is really no difference in the actual report. In both scenarios you are getting the same report. Difference is that Qlik Nprinting report is scheduled and managed in Qlik NPrinting admin console (also called corporate report) and NPrinting portal called NewsStand allows users to subscribe to such report and therefore create their own trigger to generate report at particular day or time (subscribed report). https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/News...

2. - HTML reports sent as attachement are delivered as ZIP files - hence first need to be downloaded and unzipped: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/Repo...

 3. - Corporate reports are those which come out not based on users subscriptions but based on regural schedule set by admin: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/News...

4 . - no you cannot customize it - sorry
