If you want to replicate the whole development environment in the production one and they are both the same version you can create a backup of the development environment and restore it in the production. During the restore, you have to stop production services and you will have an exact copy of the development. If you want to move only specific report templates, you can export them from the development environment and import into the production one as new templates or replace existing ones. You can export and import/replace only report templates. Publish tasks cannot be exported and you have to create them manually in both environments.
