How to send several cycled reports in one mail?

Hi,

I'm using cycling on a report and want to send a group of them in a single mail to one recipient.

I have a task with recipient group, but I get separate mails for each report (according to cycle).

Is it possible?

Thanks.

Hi Iris,

That's not what I see in my testing.

I have two reports in a Publish Task. Each Cycled on Field Year. I get two zipped archives as attachments - each containing the cycled slices of the relevant report. Just as expected. What do you get?

Hi,

I have 2 reports per cycle so I get 2 reports in every mail for each cycle (multiple it by the number of cycles).

I'm also saving it to folder and that's of course o.k - all reports are in one folder.

I wander if there's a way to send all the reports together in only one mail.

Thank you.

All reports are send in a zip file for each cycle.
