Hi @elmelavi - add https://help.qlik.com to your bookmarks as all information is there and I suggest to study it thoroughly.
What you have written is recipe for troubles 🙂
- saying you have the latest version...
- have you checked compatibility between your version of NPrinting and versions of QlikView and Qlik Sense you use: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirem...
- qliksense/qlikview app is poorly built (poor data model/expressions hence poor performance (long response time)) -Sometime it work
- ??? what does it mean sometime? It needs to be done properly and it has to ALWAYS work. That is the first thing you need to fix!
- qliksense/qlikview app is not supported - again all details are on help site

The behavior you reported is consistent with QlikView Unsupported Items or you may have too low of system resources or possibly as Lech and others above mentioned, you could have NP and QlikView on the same computer (not supported)
Further you may also be sharing the NP service domain account with the QlikView server service account. This too is not supported and must be dedicated. The behavior you are seeing can also be caused by this.

Hi,
We have too few information to understand what is happening. Check the task executions page, open the details page of the task with strange behavior, and check if there are error messages. Check the log files. Check the workload of the connected Qlik Sense or QlikView server. Be sure that the Run Verification of all connection are all green.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Unstable reports generation is usually a sign that something was done without respecting requirements. Those can mean:
- qliksense/qlikview app is not supported
- qliksense/qlikview vs nprinting version is not supported
- qliksense/qlikview app is poorly built (poor data model/expressions hence poor performance (long response time)),
- qliksense/qlikview servers are under-resourced
- nprinting report templates are done poorly (although that would be rather rare scenario)
as @Ruggero_Piccoli said there is not enough info. Make sure you provide us information with which we can replicate your problem.
