NPrinting - create a 1to1 report from QS App
Hello Qlik Community,
Does anyone know if there is an easy way to create 1to1 report in NP from QS App without defining each an every object? Simply saying, "I want all views from the App 1 (QS) to add to a Report A (NP)". Or you always need to define each objects name/position/etc.?
Checked fitst in community but didn't find any discussions on this topic.
Thanks in advance for help!
Kind regards,
Pavel

So as @Frank_S said there are Entity reports, but they will likely not support your requirement as max you can get from entity is single sheet export. So if you want to export All or selected sheets this will not work.
In such scenario the closest you can get is any other report template (Power Point, Word or Excel or HTML or Pixel Perfect report) where you can embed each wole sheet from Qlik Sense as the image. It will require you to point each individual sheets, but at least you will not have to pick and choose individual objects from them.
hope that clarifies it for you

Sure @Pavel_I
It's called an entity report. See https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/QlikViewEntityReports/Intro-EntityRe...
- Create an NP entity report
- Add all your objects that you need in your report to the sheet.
- Add the sheet ID to the entity report.
- Distribute the report via an NP publish task.
Kind regards,
