Solved: Nprinting On demand - Qlik Community

Hi,

I am trying to configure On Demand feature in qlik nprinting.

I have made the desired connection but it is showing No connection with Nprinting server.

In the developer tool I am getting the following problem :

XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x800c0019, Security certificate required to access this resource is invalid.

You need a valid 3rd party certificate for the NPrinting server and ensure you add a trusted root to the server as well to enable on demand.

See the following link to view information about certificates and their use with NPrinting.

When that is complete you need to enable JWT as per the link below.
