Discussion Board for collaboration on Qlik NPrinting.
We are facing issue with On-Demand feature.
It is working in IE but not other browsers, and when we check browser we are getting this error:
An error occurred: {"code":403,"message":"User has no rights to access the resource"}
We tried following steps mentioned in this support article but it did not fix issue.

Nprinting Version: June 2019
Hi,
If you are using a recent version of Chrome you could have the SameSite issue:
- open the page chrome://flags/ in a Chrome tab
- search for samesite
- disable the 3 options
- restart chrome
- try to use the On-Demand
Please let us know if this helps.

UPDATE: Qlik NPrinting November 2019 SR1 and February 2020 SR1 solves the issue. Both are publicly available for download and we suggest to upgrade your installation because changing the browser settings will lower the security. Also next version April 2020 will have the issue solved.

Ruggero
This might be solved by the following:
1. Open the Qlik Sense app
2. Type the FQDN path for the NPrinting server ie: https://mynpserver.domain.com
3. Once you are able to connect to your list of connections, pick the connection and then below the connection filed, update the report information. Finish the configuration of the On Demand object as needed
4. Change your NPrinting URL so you use the FQDN ie: https://mynpserver.domain.com
5. Log into NPrinting (make sure that you have added your domain account information to your NP user account before you attempt this.
6. Log in to the Qlik Sense hub in a new tab.
7. Run the report.
This normally solves the issue simply by using the fully qualified domain path for the NP server.
Kind regards...

It works! Thanks.
Great!
Please pay attention at the release notes of next versions to know when the support for SameSite will be added.

Ruggero
Thanks Ruggero - that did work.
In order to use On Demand i have to logon to N Printing before I can use On Demand, which is also odd, but maybe that's another ticket!
Hi,
I suppose it is because you do not have a domain user associated with the Qlik NPrinting one. We suggest to install On-Demand with IIS as best practice.

Ruggero
