Nprinting- Sending email to AD group

Hi All,

Is it possible to send email to particular AD group instead of send email notification to individuals. I know how to send to indivudials but not able to send to AD Group.

Hi Krishna,

You can use the AD group e-mail address for a recipient just as you would any other e-mail address.

When setting up an AD group as a user it needs a domain account- how do you get around this?

It is not at all clear what your requirement is.

I suggest starting a new discussion thread and including.

• Version of QlikView or Qlik Sense you are connecting NPrinting to
• Version of NPrinting
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Expect results
• Actual results
• snapshots applicable to the requirement. (a picture is worth a 1000 words).

Further more, this conversation is regarding the NP 16 product which is no longer supported. So again I suggest starting a new discussion thread with the points mentioned above so that we here can attempt to help you.
