Qlik Nprinting Scheduler is getting stopped after starting.

Hello friends,

Installed Nprinting 17.1.0.0 on Windows Server 2012.

Nprinting Engine is not getting Online.

Checked the logs however i found error information located in C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs path

Error information found in nprinting_scheduler log:-

↓*********************************************↓Error: RabbitMQ message broker is unreachable↓Shutting down scheduler service↓*********************************************

Unable to start SchedulerService: exception of type System.AggregateException↓ One or more errors occurred.

0 Cannot start scheduler service: One or more errors occurred.

Starting up scheduler service

Some arguments could not be parsed.

Error information found in nprinting_webengine log:-

The service is starting

Portal proxy server successfully started.

Web console proxy server successfully started.

Windows authentication server listening on http://localhost:4995/

Engine server listening on http://localhost:4996/

The service is ready at localhost:4996

The service is stopping.

Request to kindly help to fix the issue to Start the Qlik Nprinting Scheduler service and make Nprinting Engine to Online state.

Hi,

17.1.0.0 is a very old version. Please install or update to latest June 2018.

I suppose you are installing a new server.


Be also sure to met all the requirements for the installed version:

- 17.1 https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/17.1/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirements.htm

- June 2018 https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Planning-your-deployment...

Hi,
