Qlik Sense - Nprinting KPI Email Alert

Hi all,

Other than QlikSense Extensions for KPI threshold alerts (e.g.: Conditional: Alert on: Sales = $1M, then they will send an email through SMTP to users)

Is there anyway where by Nprinting can set KPI conditions whereby once KPI upper or lower limit reaches threshold, it will send an email alert / sms alert to users to let them know: Sales drop XX%, Inventory at -XX%, etc. ?

Hi,

You need to use conditions https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/April2019/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Conditions.htm .

Note that a condition is evaluated and the action done only when a scheduled task is run on a time bases. For example, you have to schedule the task every hour, if the condition is met the email will be send.
